Coradiant Inc., a leading Internet infrastructure and performance management company, today announced the appointment of Michael Chuli as President and Chief Executive Officer.
Michael brings to Coradiant a proven track record of over 20 years in the high tech arena, including Worldwide Vice President of Internet and Desktop services at Compaq and Digital, and 10 years with IBM in sales, marketing and manufacturing. During his tenure with Compaq he was also responsible for services that provided global customers some of the most leading edge Internet business infrastructure available and for assisting telecommunications companies to achieve their Internet market objectives.
As CEO, Michael will work to further extend Coradiant’s leadership in the Internet Infrastructure and applications performance management arenas, with a focus on network and mission-critical infrastructure for complex Internet application needs. “The opportunity to use our collective experiences in critical online systems and to leverage the company’s advanced technologies was too compelling to pass up,” said Chuli. “Coradiant’s model and approach is strikingly different from other players in this arena, and it really sets them apart with sustainable technical and service advantages.”

Alistair Croll, co-founder and current president and CEO, will now take the position of Chief Strategy Officer and remain a member of the Coradiant board of directors. “We’re all excited to have someone of Michael’s caliber on the team,” Croll added. “He brings both proven experience and a customer-centric attitude to the company.”
Michael graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a BSc. in Computer Science and is a graduate of Wharton School’s Advanced Management School.
