WHY:
New low-cost, low-power wireless technology integrated with monitoring solutions will affect every major industry within the next few years. Ember is at the forefront of industries’ efforts to develop standards to ease customers’ adoption curves. The company is also developing wireless semiconductor systems that will support a wide range of mesh networking applications. Ember executives will speak during sessions on developing industrial wireless networking standards, using wireless sensor networks to monitor crucial infrastructure such as roads and bridges, and on the technology’s near-term impact on commercial and consumer markets. Ember will also be demonstrating its wireless semiconductor solutions at Booth # 626 on the exhibition floor.
