Colubris Networks, a leading provider of intelligent, multiservice WLAN systems, announced a distribution agreement with Winncom Technologies, a subsidiary of ARC Wireless Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:ARCS), a leading value-added distributor of wireless products. The partnership provides increased sales, marketing and support resources in the enterprise market in the United States and opens the door to the Eastern European and Russian markets for Colubris. The agreement is effective immediately.

Winncom Technologies will stock and market Colubris’ award-winning WLAN products along with providing technical and engineering assistance to resellers purchasing Colubris equipment from Winncom. Colubris will provide training, customer support and marketing resources to support Winncom’s distribution channels.
