Kevin Moran for being named the recipient of the Learning 2005 Pioneer Award at Elliot Masie’s Learning 2005 Conference in Orlando, Fla. Vice Admiral Moran, who serves as the Commander of the U.S. Naval Education and Training Command (NETC), was recognized for his role in spearheading the Navy’s “Revolution in Training,” a sweeping initiative conceived to transform education and training through a focus on the learner.
