PartnerZone, is built on OutStart’s eKnowledge set of capabilities that helps organisations improve results by enabling their knowledge workers, including employees, partners and customers to perform their roles more efficiently and effectively. Specifically the PartnerZone gives OutStart partners 24/7 access to:
- A comprehensive knowledge bank , which indexes and categorises all types of OutStart, industry and partner specific knowledge, such as FAQs, marketing research and other market data, transcripts from partner community forums, sales and technical documents, as well as learning objects
- Community forums , which enable partners and OutStart employees to collaborate and interact on various subjects and issues
- Expertise location capability , to enable partners to identify and escalate questions to experts when an answer is not immediately available
- Access to elearning modules , enabling partners to readily find and take both business and technical modules that have been created, assembled or ingested into OutStart Evolution LCMS.
The delivery of the PartnerZone underpins OutStart’s commitment to its channel partners and links with the overall Enablement Programme to create an industry leading training and support strategy.
The Partner Enablement Programme has been developed to give OutStart’s EMEA reseller partners the best possible training and support for OutStart’s eKnowledge business and products. Partners can leverage a variety of different training delivery methods, including online training courses, onsite demonstrations and presentations, customer site visits and implementation shadowing programmes – all supported by the OutStart technology they are selling to their customer base.
