Coradiant Introduces TrueSight TS-300 Real-User Monitor for the SMB Web Environment

Coradiant, Inc.™, the leader in real-time session monitoring equipment for data center applications, today announced the TrueSight™ TS-300 Real-User Monitor.  The TrueSight TS-300 is designed for small and medium size businesses (SMB) and offers the detailed diagnostic drill-down incident-management and service-level reporting capabilities of Coradiant’s award-winning real-user monitoring platform in a transparent, easy-to-install system priced at $19,950.

“Real-user monitoring is becoming an important and vital tool for large and small companies to quickly identify and repair mission-critical Web system problems and to improve their business operations,” said Brett Helm, chief executive officer with Coradiant.  “TrueSight TS-300 gives the SMB user the tools needed at an affordable price to gain valuable insight into the overall customer experience in real-time.”

The TS-300 offers the quickest, most cost-effective way for the SMB marketplace to adopt real-user monitoring.  This enables organizations to uncover, diagnose, repair and report even transient problems in mission-critical Web systems well before they cause user dissatisfaction, online revenue disruption or other business challenges.   It helps to ensure excellent user response times, and cuts Web-based transaction error rates, all of which combine to help increase a company’s top-line revenue performance.

Product Details

TrueSight TS-300 uses Coradiant’s proven Transparent Session Extraction (TSX) engine to monitor and collect user sessions, in real time.  It shows performance and availability problems as they occur while gathering and analyzing detailed forensic information to find and fix problems quickly.

TrueSight TS-300 also monitors and analyzes key application elements using Coradiant’s Watchpoint™ technology, which has been tied directly to the TS-300 Snapshot Browser. Watchpoints pare down thousands of transactions a second to look at specific users, sites, functions, infrastructure elements, or parts of the Internet. IT professionals can generate long-term reports on user satisfaction, capacity, availability, and service levels, and then switch to the session Snapshot Browser to see individual incidents, and utilize the auto-analyzer to find a common cause to problems.

The self-contained, drop-in TS-300 platform immediately begins reporting useful data without costly integration efforts or dependence on any other devices, software, or the support of specialized IT consultants.

Pricing and Availability

The TrueSight TS-300 is available now directly through the company and select resellers for $19,950.

TrueSight is compatible with any HTTP-based application platform, including Microsoft IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, Siebel, Lotus, Oracle, Sun ONE, and PeopleSoft. It integrates with any SNMP V1, V2c or V3-aware enterprise management systems including IBM Tivoli, ProactiveNet, HP OpenView, BMC PATROL, Concord, NetIQ, and Mercury Interactive Topaz. TrueSight works with network taps and mirroring functions from all leading vendors including F5 Networks, Cisco Systems, Extreme Networks, Nortel Networks, Fluke, and NetOptics.
