Colubris Appoints Peter Minihane as COO and CFO

Most recently, Peter was CFO/COO of StarBak Communications, a streaming media company, where he led the company through multiple financing rounds with major venture capital investors. Prior to StarBak, Minihane served in roles ranging from president, COO and CFO for Visual Networks, a leading provider of performance management systems for wide area networks, where he spearheaded an IPO, multiple acquisitions and a merger. Previously, Peter was EVP, CFO and COO at Microcom, a remote access company, where he led a successful IPO and later a merger with Compaq.
