Coradiant Elects Miramar VenturesÂ’ Rick Fink

Coradiant, Inc.™, a leader in real-user monitoring equipment for data center applications, today announced that Rick Fink, a co-founding partner with Miramar Venture Partners, has been appointed to the company’s board of directors. Fink’s appointment is effective immediately, bringing Coradiant’s board membership to six directors.

“Rick brings impressive background to Coradiant, and has worked with emerging
companies in all areas of technology,” said Brett Helm, Coradiant chairman and chief
executive officer. “We welcome Rick’s deep experience with new and dynamic markets
as we continue to drive the rapidly growing real-user monitoring product category.”

Fink co-founded Miramar in 2001 to focus on investments in early-stage
information technology companies in Southern California. Coradiant is the firm’s 12th
investment. Prior to Miramar, Fink practiced corporate law for over 20 years with a
major national law firm where he advised hundreds of emerging companies on both
business and transactional matters. In addition to Coradiant, Fink currently serves on the
boards of Tarari, Inc. and CaseRev, Inc., each of which is also based in San Diego.

“Coradiant is an exciting company in an exciting new category and I’m pleased to
be joining its board,” Fink said. “The company is targeting a lucrative market segment
with a critical need for what it offers. Business use of the Internet is creating a critical
dependence on being able to continuously monitor and troubleshoot website performance
and usability. Coradiant is the leading company in this market and has an outstanding
team. I’m looking forward to supporting them in whatever way I can.”
