Coradiant Inc. and Internap sign Channel Co-Marketing Agreement

Coradiant, Inc., a Managed Service Provider (MSP) offering a complete outsourcing of Internet infrastructure services for enterprises, complex sites and online applications, and Internap Network Services, Inc. (Nasdaq: INAP), the leading provider of intelligent routing services over the Internet, today announced their entrance into a co-marketing agreement with respect to services to e-businesses in need of outsourced site management and operations. Under the terms of this agreement, the companies will provide managed Internet infrastructure, colocation and intelligent routing services to enterprise companies.

This agreement makes Coradiant’s powerful OutSmart™ suite of managed network services and its OutSight™ web operations portal available to Internap’s customers. Coradiant is currently installed in Internap data centers and able to service clients in the Boston, New York and Silicon Valley markets. In each respective location, Internap’s intelligent routing services will be marketed to Coradiant’s existing and future customer base. Internap and Coradiant already have a number of joint clients, including Emplanet and Recruitsoft.

“When Recruitsoft began looking to deploy in a second data center in New York, we had many options to choose from,” said Annette Lafrance, Director of IS at Recruitsoft. “After careful evaluation, we believed that the Coradiant – Internap partnership gave us the optimal combination of best-of-breed services, flexibility, and control that we desired. We couldn’t achieve this same mix with the one-stop-shop managed hosting centers.”

“The combination of Coradiant’s OutSmart and OutSight services with Internap’s managed routing services will create an extremely powerful and reliable platform for outsourced Internet services,” said Alistair A. Croll, CEO of Coradiant. “We believe that companies will now be able to build, deploy and scale their most demanding applications faster, without being distracted and burdened by complex IT issues.”

“Coradiant’s ability to offer managed network services in these major metropolitan areas is a perfect compliment to Internap’s colocation and intelligent routing services,” said John Bigelow, Internap Vice President of Alternate Channels. “Clients looking to migrate their network infrastructure from other providers or in-house locations, will now benefit from this powerful, cost-effective, partnership offering.”

The Internap and Coradiant relationship will be additionally furthered during the 2-day Interop NetResults Track at Networld + Interop, a conference focusing on emerging strategies and technologies within the colocation space. This conference track, chaired by Alistair A. Croll, will include Internap opening the doors of its world-class 110,000 ft. East Coast Flagship facility in Atlanta on Wednesday, September 12th from 5:30- 7:30 pm for tours, where they will also provide real-time demonstrations of their new broadcast quality Videoconferencing over IP and their new Performance Metrics Portal.
