Using Text Messaging (SMS), Multimedia Messaging (MMS), mobile Web and m-ticketing, this highly integrated campaign saw over 3 million customer interactions with Vodafone Live Music, generating great interest and brand awareness. Revenues from music products sold on Vodafone live! in the weeks of the secret gigs increased on average by 2.8% with an ROI of 29%.
