Enpocket signs technology and consulting deal

Enpocket, the leading wireless marketing service provider, has signed a deal to provide technology and consulting services to BraveSky, the mobile arm of Sydney-based ad agency Brave New World Communications.

The deal sees Enpocket provide hosted technology services through the Enpocket Engine, which gives BraveSky the capability to deliver client campaigns and CRM activity of all types (SMS, MMS, Voice and WAP). Consultancy will draw on the wide experience Enpocket has in defining how mobile marketing is best deployed, in setting standards, and in delivering and analysing hundreds of successful campaigns.

Speaking of the deal, Jonathon Linner, CEO of Enpocket, said: “Following our recent launch of the Enpocket New York office, we are actively looking at other overseas markets with a view to partnering and setting up offices. In line with this strategy, we were particularly impressed by the enterprise and professionalism of the BraveSky team and saw every good reason to partner and provide our technology to help develop the fast emerging Australian market.”

David Harding, Director of BraveSky, said: “In our review of the marketplace it soon became clear to us that Enpocket had the best technology solution and the strongest team with which to partner. In the UK, and now in the US, Enpocket is leading the way with work for major marketers such as Nike, Levis, McDonalds, Doritos, Ford, Honda, HSBC, Expedia, Cadbury’s, Reebok, HSBC, Virgin and British Airways and in their leadership of the MMA. Our clients at home will be hugely reassured to learn that this resource and market understanding will now be available through BraveSky to help build valued and effective mobile marketing in Australia.”
