Networkers at Cisco Live!, Cisco’s single largest customer event of the year, will take place at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA, from July 22 to 26, 2007.
The iNSP software product family includes non-disruptive data migration, automated storage provisioning and point-in-time copy services all driving down the total cost of SAN ownership. At the conference, Incipient is demonstrating iNSP software running on the Cisco 32-Port Storage Services Modules with the Cisco MDS 9000 family of SAN switches. This implementation takes advantage of iNSP’s data abstraction capabilities to deliver data migration services without any impact to hosts or applications — volumes of data can be migrated without any downtime.
Incipient remains keenly focused on large companies with enterprise-class SANs – petabyte sized environments with an operational requirement to migrate upwards of hundreds of terabytes of data on an ongoing basis. Several large companies already take advantage of iNSP’s capability to reduce the time it takes to perform data migration operations.
