NETMARKS INC. and Colubris Networks announced today a distribution agreement allowing NETMARKS to sell and provide support services for Colubris’ Multi-service WLAN System to enterprises and service provider customers in Japan. NETMARKS will add the Colubris WLAN System to the portfolio of networking products for which it provides network design, planning and system integration services.
NETMARKS is Japan’s leading network systems integrator and has partnerships with some of the world’s most respected networking vendors, including Colubris partner Juniper Networks (NASDAQ:JNPR). The Colubris Multi-Service WLAN system is sold as part of NETMARKS’ Multi-vendor Network Solutions.

The Colubris Networks WLAN System provides enterprise and service provider customers a range of scalable, multi-service WLAN solutions that seamlessly integrate with existing LAN/WAN infrastructures. Based on a family of Centralized WLAN Management, WLAN Services Controllers and Intelligent Access Devices, the System provides service-aware Wi-Fi QoS and security for legacy and next generation Wi-Fi voice, data and video applications and services. The various Colubris solutions are optimized for performance, scalability and ease of deployment with the ability to scale from a handful of devices and applications on a few sites to an extensive network of thousands of sites, users and applications.
