The mobile technology enables the developer to improve the quality and ensure accuracy of work orders on units before closings. The Opera Tower Construction Team found the system decreases numerous fax transmittals, documents aren’t lost and the subcontractors know exactly what they are requested to do. This affords a substantial decrease in man-hours and unnecessary waste.
